Refund Policy

Refund Policy & T&C's:

Petraits are unable to offer refunds on any products ordered due to the nature of the items we sell being bespoke to order. Exchanges, store credit & discount rates are offered in the case of an item not being to your satisfaction*. 

We can not offer refunds for customers cancelling orders.

We can not offer store credit based on lead times or a change in customer's order.

Any complaints must be sent via email within a 24 hour window of receiving your product (not digital esign) to qualify exchange or store credit.

By accepting our T&C's you are agreeing to the above as well as our Social Media Policy:

Under absolutely no circumstance will you publicly slander Petraits on any social media platform (such as but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, TikTok), your ordered item or the business in any form. In the case of an unsatisfactory product, please email petraitsuk@gmail.com.

One change is permitted per personalised order, any changes after will be charged, so please chose your images carefully before ordering. Any changes must be requested within 30 minutes of receiving your design draft.
